Clitoria ternatea commonly known as Butterfly pea is a perennial climbing or trailing herb, growing from a woody rootstock originated from the Fabaceae family. The flower of this tree has vivid, deep-blue and white coloration. Because of that, the local culinary usually use it as a a natural colorant in food preparation. It’s filled with anti-inflammatory compounds: Butterfly pea flower makes sense that using for a refreshing spa or beverage.
