If your articles are business papers or non-dutiable samples, we can pass them through Customs with utmost speed; in case of dutiable articles or merchandise, they shall be treated in the first priority in customs clearance.

Returns

You know that cosmetic companies do not usually accept refunds. However, we want to provide you with a superb customer service.

For unopened products there is a 15-Day return policy. However, you will be deducted 10% of product price for re-stocking fee and shipping fee will not be refunded.

If you are dissatisfied with your product, you can receive a refund for all unopened products you return. We will refund your purchase price minus shipping + a 10% re-stocking fee. Please return unopened products within 15 days of your purchase. Products returned after 15 days will not receive a refund.

To comply with credit card companies’ Cardholder Information Security Program (CISP), credit transactions must be submitted within 90 days of the original transaction.

If you order more than 1 product and return part of your order, you will be charged for the unreturned product(s) at the price normally charged for the product(s).
