If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase or products, you may return any unopened and unused products within 30 days of receipt.

We will refund the product price, minus the actual shipping cost incurred by Oriental Heritage Herbalists.

• If you paid for shipping, that amount is non-refundable.
• If your order qualified for free shipping, the refund amount will be reduced by the actual shipping expense.

Returned products must be in their original, sealed packaging to qualify for a refund. Items that have been opened, used, or damaged will not be accepted for return.

Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
